The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle-based fun run located in Uxbridge, Ontario. The event features a 5 km course with over 25 different obstacles, including mud pits, 2.5 million cubic feet of foam, and a large inflatable waterslide. The course is designed to be completed at a personal pace, and participants have the option to skip any obstacle.

The event takes place over two days on August 29 and 30, 2026. Participation is open to individuals aged 7 and older, though children between the ages of 7 and 12 must run alongside a registered adult. While children aged 6 and under cannot participate in the main course, a free Kids FUN Zone is provided featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and a bounce house.
