The Triple C at Woolly Hollow
The Triple C is an annual trail event at Woolly Hollow State Park held in memory of a community member who died in a motorcycle accident in 2024. The event is scheduled for the first Saturday of December to mark the honoree's birthday. All proceeds will go to the Cabugcayan Mission/Biliran Church of Christ in the Philippines.
Race options include multiple on-site courses and a virtual run or walk. Course highlights:
- 10 miles follows Enders Fault Mountain Bike Trail, finishes at Enders Fault gravel parking lot.
- 4 miles begins by the pavilion, follows Huckleberry Trail, passes the falls and the lake, finishes at Enders Fault parking lot.
- 1 mile short loop from the pavilion through Enders Fault parking then out and back on the dirt access road.
- Virtual Run/Walk run or walk any distance; virtual pricing covers shipping of shirt and medal and participants upload their time.
Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the 10 and 4 mile races. Registration opens June 1, 2026; closing dates vary by event and format. In person registrations received after November 8, 2026 may not be guaranteed a shirt. Virtual registrations after November 8, 2026 may not be guaranteed a shirt or medal. Virtual packets will be mailed by December 31, 2026 at the latest.
Woolly Hollow is a leave no trace park. Trash bags will be available at aid stations, including one on the 10 mile course around 4.5 miles and one on the 4 mile course before the waterfall. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
