The Teddy Bear Run - Telford

The Teddy Bear Run takes place at Telford Town Park. The event brings together runners, walkers, children, and cuddly companions for a family occasion that raises funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity. The event is open to all ages and welcomes a mix of paces and participation styles.

Participants can choose between these course options:

  • 2.5K route through Telford Town Park
  • 5K route through Telford Town Park

Every finisher receives a Teddy Bear Run cuddly toy on completion of the course. After the running activities there is a teddy bears picnic at the park to mark the finish of the day.

The event supports Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity. On entry, participants receive a bespoke Just Giving link in their confirmation email and are encouraged to raise a minimum of £10. Donations support essential hospital projects, innovative treatments, family support services, child-friendly environments, research, and specialist training to benefit young patients and their families.
