  • 100 Miler
  • 50 Miler
  • 50K

The course uses Palmetto Trail passages and is organized as out and back routes so each distance runs to a designated turnaround and returns to the start. The full 52 mile out and back is a primary section of the 100 mile route; the 100 miler is around 104 miles and the 50 miler is around 53 miles. The half marathon distance is about 14 miles; the 50k and 10k are close to their nominal distances. The trail is mostly single and double track with some fire roads, boardwalks where water collects, roots, and mostly shaded sections. The course is described as generally flat and runnable.

Aid support includes four aid stations and three water drops along the 52 mile section; aid stations provide food, hydration, and porta potties. The event is cupless and provides a reusable collapsible cup at packet pickup. Drop bags are transported to aid stations. Pacers and crew are permitted with specific rules for long distances. The 100 miler has mandatory on-person gear and optional GPS/online tracking for some distances. Free primitive camping is available at the overflow parking area at Buck Hall.
