Frozen: H3 is a multi-distance trail event held in Bethera, South Carolina, within the Francis Marion National Forest on the Jericho Horse Trail. Distances offered include:

Course, aid and logistics

There are three aid stations: one at the start/finish and two on course. Aid stations provide typical ultra foods and drinks; the two on-course stations also offer hot options early morning and overnight. Porta potties are located at the start/finish and both aid stations. Runners may keep a drop bag at the start/finish or at their vehicle or tent; crew access to aid stations is allowed for 50/100 mile runners. Pacers are permitted for the 50 miler and 100 miler at the halfway mark. Night runners must carry a light.

Camping is allowed at the start/finish area beginning Friday at 12pm; this is informal roadside camping. Parking is limited and 10x10 canopies are permitted.
