The Sink or Swim event takes place on September 26, 2026 at Caesar Creek State Park Campground in Wilmington, Ohio. The organizer stages multiple trail events that start near the campground area and use trails around the lake, meadows, and wooded ravine.

Each entry includes a custom race bib with the participant name printed, Hammer Nutrition fueling supplies, a souvenir race medal, and access to discounted race merchandise.
