The Rolley Coaster

The Rolley Coaster is an 8 km looped running event held at Rolley Lake Provincial Park in Mission, British Columbia. The event features an 8-hour time window format. Participants can walk, hike, or run one or multiple loops, choosing the distance or time they wish to complete within the 8-hour period.

The available distances are:

  • 8 km loop – The main course is an 8 km loop with 344 meters of ascent and 347 meters of descent. The technical trail winds through forest, past waterfalls and bridges, and offers lake views.
  • 1 km Fun Run – A 1 km option on non-technical trails is available for all ages.
  • 2-person relay – A relay option allows a team of two to split the 8-hour time.

All participants receive a bib and a finisher's gift. The event has an aid station at the start/finish line. There is a participant limit of 150 for the local event. Each registration includes a $5 CAD donation to the Mission Search and Rescue (SAR) Team.
