The route follows mixed forest trails with wide dirt sections and single track, technical climbs and descents, foot bridges, streams, and Rolley Falls. The course is not suitable for strollers or any wheeled devices. One aid station is located at the start/finish and is stocked with water, snacks, and medical support.
Event options include:
- 8 km loop laps
- 1 km fun run
- relay teams of two
- virtual participation with mailed event package
All participants receive a finisher medal and are eligible for draw prizes. Local entries are capped at 150 participants. The event emphasizes trail etiquette, a leave no trace policy, and requires dogs to be on leash in the park; dogs may not run the course during the event.
