The Ranch 50K is a trail running event scheduled for February 14, 2026. It takes place in the Daley Ranch area near Escondido, California. The event offers two distances: a 50K and a Half Marathon.

Course Details

The start and finish line for both events is at the Dixon Lake Picnic Area.

  • The 50K course is a 15.6-mile loop run twice. The total elevation gain is 6,318 feet (1,926m). There are three aid stations on the course, each visited twice. Cut-off times are 4.75 hours for the first loop and 9.5 hours for the second loop.
  • The Half Marathon course is a single 13.1-mile loop with 2,706 feet (825m) of gain. Runners pass three aid stations. There is a 9-hour cut-off for this event.

Participant Information

All entrants receive a shirt. Finishers receive a medal and additional swag. The top three men and women in each event receive trophies. Race packet pickup details are to be determined.
