The One in the Woods - Henley is a multisport event on March 29, 2026, held at Culden Faw Estate, Henley, with the event village at Henley Showground, Hambleden, Henley-on-Thames RG9 3AS. The programme includes duathlon, cross duathlon and Offroad Endurance formats.

Distances offered:

• Duathlon (road bike): Standard - 40 km bike; 5 km + 10 km run
• Duathlon (road bike): Sprint - 20 km bike; 2.5 km + 5 km run
• Cross Duathlon (MTB): Standard - 40 km bike; 10 km + 5 km run
• Cross Duathlon (MTB): Sprint - 20 km bike; 5 km + 2.5 km run
• Offroad Endurance (Gravel XC MTB E Bike): 3 hour and 6 hour formats on 5 km laps

Entries for duathlon and cross duathlon require British Triathlon membership or a Race Pass and third party public liability insurance when applicable. Entry fees vary by event and category.

Participants receive a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing as part of entry. Race pack items (timing chip, bib and bike/helmet stickers) are available for collection on the event day from the Registration Tent located between the river and transition. Transition access requires showing the event number and bike sticker to event marshals.

Courses are waymarked and marshalled; the full route map is to be announced. On-site facilities include medical cover, catering, portable toilets in the event village and water stations on run and bike courses. There is no bag drop and no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Photography is expected to be available after the event. Spectators are permitted in the start and finish area. Personal dogs and the use of buggies or wheelchairs are not suitable due to terrain. Noise cancelling earphones are prohibited and the use of other earphones should allow clear hearing of official instructions.
