Parents may accompany children on the 1k run without an extra ticket.
Race services and facilities
Entries include a finisher medal, refreshments, and chip timing. Medical cover is provided. A bag drop is available; items should include the tear-off strip from the race number. Catering will be present in the event village. Toilets are available in the event village only; there are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Water stations on the route will use cups, and water is available in the village to fill bottles. Event photography is expected to be available, usually within 24 hours. Registered participants receive detailed pre-race information by email one week before the event.
Participation notes and policies
Spectators are permitted in the start/finish area and around the route. Personal dogs are not allowed except registered medical assistance dogs with prior approval. Buggies, pushchairs, strollers, and wheelchairs are not suitable due to terrain. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited; other earphones should be used at low volume.
