PHOENIX Fridays - Run for a Tenner Friday takes place on Friday 17 April 2026 at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey. The course is an out-and-back riverside towpath route with a single lap of 5.3 km (3.28 miles). The surface is off-road trail along the river and the organiser states the overall course has no elevation gain or loss. The event is timed and participants may complete as many laps as they wish within the event time limit of seven hours. The minimum distance recorded is 3.28 miles. All participants, both attended and virtual, receive a memento; the Run for a Tenner charity runs use a double-sided Rays of Sunshine medal.
