The event is cupless: participants must bring their own hydration. Coolers of water will be available for refilling bottles between laps or before and after the event. The race is self-supported; participants should bring their own fueling. Runners in the 3H and 6H events may use a personal bin or bucket smaller than 30 gallons for aid, placed near the start/finish area. There is no limit on crew or support on race day; the event is spectator friendly. All finishers receive a race finisher pin; sustainable medals are awarded to the top three in male, female, and non-binary categories. An adaptive athlete policy is provided.
