The Krampus Cross Country race takes place in San Francisco, CA, with a live event at the Ecology Trail Head at the end of Barnard Avenue and a virtual option. The live race is scheduled for Sunday, December 7, 2025. The virtual event window runs from December 5 to December 8, 2025. Registration for the events closes on December 6, 2025. All participants, live or virtual, receive a wooden woodallion from Aravaipa Artworx, a Krampus lifestyle tee, and a Krampus beer sampler stein. There is pre-race bib and shirt pickup and a brewfest at A Runner's Mind on Friday, December 5. Post-run beverages and pre-packaged snacks will be available, including Jambar and Bellwether Farms yogurt.

The organizer does not support refunds, transfers, or credits. If the race is cancelled for reasons such as wildfires, hazardous air quality, hazardous weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond the organizer's control, race items will be shipped to participants and guidance will be provided for navigating the course and submitting results.
