The ingram PENDULUM 10k is an exciting trail running event set in the picturesque Ingram Valley near Powburn. The 10-kilometer course features a challenging route with 1,100 feet of ascent, starting and finishing at Ingram Village Hall. Runners first tackle a 3.6-mile out-and-back section to the summit of the ancient hill fort, Cochrane Pike, before returning to the village hall and ascending steeply to the summit of East Hill and back. The event offers a scenic and demanding experience through stunning natural landscapes, making it ideal for trail running enthusiasts seeking a vigorous challenge.
