Loop tracking is handled by chipped bibs at the Start/Finish; bibs should be posted to the front of the body and clearly visible. A central aid station at the Start/Finish supplies water, NUUN, Tailwind, sodas, fruit, energy gels, and other foods. Lunch and dinner options are provided for the longer time events and 24 and 30 hour entrants receive breakfast.
Awards include a special belt buckle for individuals or teams that reach 100 miles. Teams are allowed; each team member registers separately and must provide a team name for tracking. Pacers, crew, and dogs rules apply: dogs are not permitted on the grounds, one pacer at a time is allowed for certain events after dark, and pacers and crew must obtain a food ticket. Tents, small pop ups, canopies, and RVs are permitted with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Camping before the race or after completion of the 30 hour event is not allowed and all runners and crews must exit the grounds on Sunday.
Runners in the 12, 24, and 30 hour events must supply their own headlamps. The refund policy offers a full refund minus platform fees if cancellation is completed through the registration platform at least 60 days before the event; within 60 days the fee is forfeited or may be deferred to the following year.
