The Georges River Festival of the Feet is a community running event held at Lake Gillawarna within Mirrambeena Regional Park, Georges Hall, Sydney. It features off-road courses of 3km, 7km, 14km, and a half marathon (21.1km) that wind along the Georges River and around scenic lakes. The festival welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, including families and pram runners (in the 3km).

The event attracts over 600 participants, offering individual, team, and family entries. All finishers receive medals, with trophies awarded to top finishers and teams.
