Course and facilities

The route is multi-terrain, consisting of footpaths, tracks and some road sections. There are stiles and gates on the course. Facilities at the venue include toilets and refreshments for purchase. There are two water stations for 10K runners and one water station for 3K runners. First aid cover is provided and the event is fully insured.

Entry, fees and restrictions

Entry fees: 10K £22 (affiliated) / £24 (unattached); 3K £12 (affiliated) / £14 (unattached); 1/2K £7. Merchandise available on race day includes buffs (£5), bib clips (£6) and a mug (£7.50). Registration is available on race day to collect race numbers. The 10K is restricted to runners aged 16 or over. Under 10s in the 3K must be accompanied by an adult. No dogs are allowed. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Headphones and bone conduction headphones are not permitted. No entries will be accepted on the day.
