The Cold Norton Charity Winter 10K & Half Marathon Trail Event is a winter charity trail run in Essex, raising funds for Farleigh Hospice. Held at Charity Farm, Crows Lane, Woodham Ferrers, it offers 10K and 13.1-mile routes run mainly on grass, tracks and rural paths around Woodham Ferrers. The courses are unmarked with no marshals; participants receive written route instructions and occasional tape for tricky sections.

There is a staggered start and manual timing at a timing desk; no bag drop. It is a cupless event with aid stations; dogs are not permitted. Refreshments; cash donations welcome.
