The 5K Foam Fest takes place at Victoria Park in Kitchener on July 11, 2026. The event is a 5 kilometre course that includes a sequence of obstacles along the route. Spectator entry is free.

The course features more than 25 obstacles, including the world’s largest inflatable waterslide, multiple slip n slides, mud pits at certain venues and a dedicated foam zone. The organiser states that approximately 2.5 million cubic feet of foam are produced at each event.

Onsite amenities and inclusions listed for participants include a string bag, a 5K foam buff, a finishers medal, a festival wristband, a temporary tattoo and a free low resolution finish photo. Other onsite services include a free kids fun zone, a live DJ, food vendors, a licensed beer garden, a merch tent, water stations, a rinse station and gear check for a donation. Shaded areas are available and the event notes charitable support with partners.
