Event overview
The ENDURrun Prelim is a staged running event held in southern Ontario from July 13 to July 18, 2026, with pre-event activities on July 12 at 2 Weberlyn Crescent, Conestogo. The event covers a total of 60 km across six competition stages. The event uses a mix of road, cross country, trail and track venues in Waterloo, Cambridge, Wilmot and Conestogo.
Stages and course format
- Prologue - Group run, 2-5 km, kit pick up and pre-race meeting.
- 10 km - Stage 1, RIM Park, two laps.
- 7.5 km - Stage 2 time trial, Riverbluffs Park, out-and-back.
- 5 miles - Stage 3 cross country, Bechtel Park, three loops.
- 10.4 km - Stage 4 technical trail, Baden Hills, four loops.
- 3 km - Stage 5 track race, St David Catholic Secondary School, 7.5 laps.
- Half marathon - Stage 6, RIM Park, three loops.
Stages include mass starts, a time trial, heats, looped and out-and-back courses. Each stage has a published time limit (for example, Stage 6 - 3 hours). Failure to complete a stage within its time limit ends further participation.
Registration, fees and inclusions
Prelim registration has a cap of 75 entries. Current early price for the Prelim 60 KM is listed as CA$220.10, with higher tiers later. Entries are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deferrable. All participants receive a technical T-shirt; all finishers receive a finisher medal. Support includes fluid stations, limited post-race refreshments, marked courses and volunteer support.
