The 5K Foam Fest - Kitchener, ON

The event takes place on July 11, 2026 at Victoria Park in Kitchener, Ontario. It is an obstacle course fun run over 5K featuring more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Obstacles are optional and participants may move through the course at their own pace.

A standard entry includes the run, a festival wristband, string bag, buff, finisher's medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival area access, the free kids zone and a free finish line photo; course photos are available to purchase. Children six years and under cannot run but may use the Kids FUN Zone with adult supervision. Participants must be at least seven years old to run; ages 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not require a chaperone but waivers for minors must be signed by a legal guardian.

There are no refunds on entries, though transfer options are available. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and the beer garden.
