The 5K Foam Fest - Kitchener, ON

The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course fun run located at Victoria Park in Kitchener. The course features a 5 km distance with over 25 obstacles, including mud pits, 2.5 million cubic feet of foam, and a large inflatable waterslide. All obstacles are optional, allowing participants to move through the course at their own pace.

The event is open to participants of various ages and abilities. Individuals aged 7 and older can register for the main course; however, children between the ages of 7 and 12 must run with a registered adult. For children aged 6 and under, a free Kids FUN Zone is provided, featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house.

The festival area includes several amenities and activities:
