Tenderfoot Boogie takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in Bayly Park, Whistler, BC. The event is a trail running race on mostly runnable west coast forest trails that run from Brandywine Falls in the south to Rainbow Falls in the north. The race is a fundraiser for Zero Ceiling and WORCA. Registration opens November 30, 2025. Pre-registration rates until January 15, 2026 are CAD $80 for the 12K, $100 for the 26K, and $140 for the 50K. Registration fees include a race bib, aid stations, a technical race t-shirt, finish line food, and a finisher's medal.

Courses and logistics

Distances:

  • 12K - out-and-back route, turnaround near 7 km.
  • 26K - out-and-back route, reaches Brandywine Falls.
  • 50K - first half out-and-back, second half double lollipop using many mountain bike trails.

All distances start and finish at Bayly Park. The Train Wreck loop near the start is optional. The 50K route includes switchbacks on mountain bike trails and a pedestrian crossing at Highway 99; runners must follow crossing signals. Drop bags are accepted for 50K and will be available at the Function Junction aid station (about 28 km).

Aid, gear, and safety

Aid stations provide water, electrolyte, snacks, cookies, fruit, and soda. The event is cupless; runners must carry a cup or bottle and will receive a Speedcup at registration. The course has rocky, steep, loose, and potentially slippery sections. Pacers are not allowed. Runners are responsible for their own safety and should carry sufficient water and clothing.
