Run Comfy Numb Trail Race

Run Comfy Numb is a trail running event located in Whistler, British Columbia. Locally owned and operated since 2004, it is established as one of the original trail races in the region. The race takes place on the Comfortably Numb trail, which remains the longest point to point trail in the Whistler valley.

The event offers two distinct distances for participants:

  • 25 km (The iconic Comfy Numb course)
  • 50 km (The full distance course)

The route consists of nearly all singletrack trails and follows a point to point format. The terrain is characterized by technical black diamond features, including roots, rock rolls, and wooden bridge work. Participants can expect a course layout featuring various climbs and descents with multiple vista viewpoints along the way.

Originally designed by local trail builder Chris Markle, the path was constructed with no shortcuts or exits. While the trail has seen some changes over the past twenty years, it maintains its original design philosophy. The event is hosted by Endurance Specific Events on the unceded territory of the Skwxwú7mesh and Lil̓wat7úl Nations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
