The Tenacious Ten Hour Endurance Challenge is a timed loop race on Saturday 9 May 2026 at Mynydd Troed, Pengenfford Common near Talgarth, Powys (LD3 0EY). Course, rules and facilities
The route is a fully marked mountain loop that starts at the base of Mynydd Troed and includes steep climbs, technical and steep downhills, runnable sections and open common trails. Two clip stations are on course to verify laps. The event states that any lap not completed before the 10-hour horn will not be recorded. Team results count the collective number of laps; teams remain valid if a member drops out.
Facilities at headquarters include a refuel zone with food and drinks (including options for dietary requirements), toilets, camping field nearby, parking (charge and ballot noted) and a full medical team. A mandatory kit list is enforced and will be checked; required items include waterproofs, race vest, capacity for 2 L fluid, map or GPX, charged phone, first aid items, head torch and whistle, appropriate trail footwear and a reusable cup.
