Tatton Yule Yomp 10K 2025

The Tatton Yule Yomp is scheduled for 7 December 2025. The event is organised by Run North West Limited and is a 10 km trail race based at Egerton Youth Club, Mereheath Lane, Knutsford (WA16). The race is licenced by the Trail Runners Association and run under UK Athletics rules. The official charity for the event is MOVE.

Course and event facilities

The race is a single-lap course that starts at the Knutsford Gate to Tatton Park and finishes adjacent to Egerton Youth Club on Mereheath Lane. The route runs through and around Tatton Park over undulating terrain and includes trail, grass, tarmac and gravel surfaces. The final 1 km is on fully closed roads back to the finish. Trail shoes are recommended. On-course and event facilities listed by the organiser include kilometre markers, drinks stations (halfway and finish), bag drop, first aid, toilets, chip timing, a bespoke finisher medal and an optional commemorative technical finisher t-shirt. Free parking at Race HQ and bike storage near Egerton Youth/Football Club are noted. Results are available via the event timing provider.

Entry, prizes and policies

Entry is for ages 16 and over. Fees shown by the organiser are £28 (unattached) and £26 (club runners); a technical finisher t-shirt is available at an additional cost. Presentations are for the top three male and female finishers (gun times); veteran prizes are awarded by chip time and posted after the event. Prizes are equal for males and females and include veteran age categories from V35 in five-year increments and the first U20. A prize is also awarded for best fancy dress.
