The Sussex Downs Trail Run takes place on Saturday 28th November 2026 in the South Downs National Park, Mid-Sussex. The event starts at Plumpton Racecourse. Course details

Routes begin with a flattish, tree-lined warm-up section of about 3.5 km, followed by a climb up to the South Downs Way. From the ridge there are views over the Sussex countryside, the Seven Sisters Country Park and the sea. The course includes a loop on trails toward Brighton, a return to the South Downs Way, a descent from the hilltop and a flat final 3 km to the finish.
