The course includes trails with views over the Sussex countryside, the Seven Sisters Country Park and sea views, a loop towards Brighton, a descent from the hilltop, and a flat final 3 km to the finish. Elevation gains are listed as +382 m for the 21.3 km route, +272 m for the 15.5 km route, and +200 m for the 10.8 km route.
