Surrey Hills Half Marathon

This is a guided trail half marathon that starts and finishes in Guildford, Surrey. The route covers 13 miles and includes sections of the North Downs Way with visits to St Martha's Church and hill, the village of Shere, Newlands Corner and Hackhurst Downs. The exact route varies by date.

The event is run as a group and is not a race. Runners should be able to sustain an average pace of about 10 minutes per mile on trails for prolonged periods. A full kit list is provided before the run. For the evening date, Silva head torches are available for use and there are Salomon trail shoes available to test.
