Vivo Life Superhuman Games

First launched in 2013, the Vivo Life Superhuman Games is an outdoor hybrid fitness competition that combines strength, endurance and functional movements. Across five 20-minute workouts during the day, athletes are tested on a range of formats, including military-style training, rucking, strongman and CrossFit-style movements, obstacle course racing and fitness racing. The sequence of workouts is intended to assess multiple aspects of fitness rather than a single discipline.

Competitors travel from across the UK and beyond and include military personnel, CrossFit competitors, obstacle course racers, personal trainers and general fitness participants. The event’s workouts are designed to be challenging while remaining accessible to participants with different experience levels, allowing first-time entrants to compete alongside experienced Superhuman Games athletes. The event is scheduled for Saturday 4th July 2026 at Greville Smyth Sports Ground. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
