Vivo Life Superhuman Games

Vivo Life Superhuman Games is an outdoor functional fitness and endurance event held at Greville Smyth Sports Ground on Saturday 4 July 2026. The format uses five 20 minutes workouts spread across the day. Each workout is an AMRAP style test where teams aim to complete as many laps as possible before the clock runs out.

Workouts are newly designed each year and released 12 weeks before the event, accompanied by video demonstrations and an information pack. The event tests a range of physical qualities through named workout themes: Strength & Honour, which focuses on heavy odd object lifting and drags; Brutal Beat Down, a bodyweight and full body movement workout; Unconventional Beast, a multiple carry using odd objects; Assault Course, a military style obstacle laps test in a you go I go format; and VO2 Max, an all out lung buster involving running, rucking and hill sprints.

Competition categories include same sex pairs, mixed pairs and mixed teams of four, with age group divisions and combined age thresholds for Open, Masters and Vets categories. Entry prices start from £84 per person with later release tiers up to £114 per person. Competitors travel from across the UK and beyond and include military personnel, CrossFit competitors, OCR racers, personal trainers and general fitness participants.
