Summer Nights 5K + 1 Miler is a running event at Daniel Stowe Conservancy in Belmont, North Carolina, held on July 18, 2026. The event offers multiple course lengths and takes place on the conservancy grounds.

The course passes through a mix of environments including wooded trails, manicured gardens, the Prairie Castle Playground, paved areas and brick pathways. Surfaces include paved paths, brick walkways and natural trails. Dogs are not permitted because parts of the route go through the Gardens at Stowe where pets are prohibited.
After the race, participants who have race bibs receive exclusive access to the Gardens. Only entrants wearing a bib can enter the Gardens after the event.
Custom awards for the 5K are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in age groups from 14 and under through 70 and better in five year increments.
The event includes fundraising activity. Fundraising to date shows $390.23 raised toward a $1,000.00 goal. The highest fundraising participant will receive a Family Plus Garden membership valued at $175.
