The Harriers Stewart Mountain Challenge is scheduled for Sunday, December 7, 2025, at Thetis Lake Park in View Royal, BC. The event is part of the Harriers Thetis Lake Fall Trail Series and is sanctioned by BC Athletics. The start and finish are located near the park main beach and parking is available in the main lot at the end of Six Mile Road or via the Galloping Goose trail.

Course and logistics

Races use main and secondary trails of Thetis Lake Park, including single-track and double-track sections with rolling terrain, rocks, water crossings and muddy or wet sections. The long course includes a significant climb to the top of Stewart Mountain. Courses are marked and marshaled; participants must watch for directional indicators.

Online registration is available with early, regular and late/day-of pricing and an overall entry limit of 600. Online registration closes on December 6, 2025; day-of registration is offered at the beach by cash or cheque only. Package pickup is available only on race day at the main beach.

Amenities include portable toilets, a dry bag drop area and volunteer-served warming food and hot drinks. Award presentations will be given by age category and there are fundraising activities in support of the Harriers Foundation scholarships and bursaries.
