Springmaid Trail Race

The Springmaid Trail Race takes place on November 7, 2026 at the Anne Springs Close Greenway Lake Haigler Entrance, 2573 Lake Haigler Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29715. The event is organized around multiple trail distances and courses on Greenway property.

Available race options include:

• Half marathon
• 10K
• 5K and Dog Jog
• 5K Hike Challenge

Awards are given by age group and overall placements. Age groups include 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Awards include top overall male and female placements for the 5K, 10K, and half marathon, plus top dog placements for the 5K. Finisher medals are provided for the half marathon.

Race registration is non-refundable unless a purchased refund protection plan applies. More than two weeks before the event, registrations may be transferred to another competitor or to another Greenway race of equal or lesser value at the discretion of the Race Director. Events run rain or shine except in cases of severe weather when cancellation is necessary; cancelled events will not be refunded unless protected by the purchased refund plan.

Early packet pickup is scheduled the day before at the Greenway Gateway at the Lake Haigler Entrance with drive-up pickup. Greenway members do not pay parking fees at signature events; standard daily admission applies to non-members ages three and up. Course maps and race swag information are provided for each distance.
