Springmaid Trail Race
The Springmaid Trail Race is a trail running event held at Anne Springs Close Greenway on November 7, 2026. The event is based at the Lake Haigler Entrance in Fort Mill, SC, and includes multiple course options on Greenway trails.

Registration fees vary by distance and by registration window; early-registration examples range from $32 to $65, with higher race-day fees. A refund protection plan is available at registration; regular registrations are non-refundable unless that protection is purchased. More than two weeks before the event, entries may be transferred to another competitor or to another Greenway race of equal or lesser value at the discretion of the Race Director.
Awards are given by age group and overall placement. Categories include age groups from 19 and under through 70 and over. Top overall finishers in the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon receive awards, and there are awards for the top dogs in the 5K. Half Marathon finishers receive finisher medals.
Early packet pickup is offered on the day before the race at the Greenway Gateway. Course maps are provided for the 5K plus Dog Jog, 10K, and Half Marathon.
