Race features and logistics
The event uses chip timing with live results and offers age-group awards for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, including overall and masters categories and multiple age brackets. The Kids Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards. Course maps are provided for the 5K, 10K, and a double out-and-back Half Marathon route. Packet pickup is available the day before the race at Road Runner Sports Columbus, 535 Lakeview Plaza Blvd, Worthington, OH, and packets are also available on race day. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet; shipping occurs the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos. The event includes finisher medals and designer shirts for many distances, an after-party with a costume contest and music, and a no-refund policy with transfer to virtual if the venue cancels.
