The Spokane River Run takes place on April 19, 2026, at Riverside State Park - Seven Mile Airstrip in Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026. The event is 100% volunteer-organized and supports the Garfield Elementary A.P.P.L.E. program and partner organizations: Garfield Elementary, Active4Youth, On Track Academy, and North Central High School Cross Country. The race offers race shirts for all registrants; registering before April 1 guarantees a shirt size. Runners in the 25k and 50k may choose a "tech" tee. All 25k and 50k finishers receive finisher medals; awards are given to the top three finishers in each age group for each distance and each gender category (non-binary/female/male). To opt out of awards consideration, registrants should select Prefer Not to Say for gender.

The 50K Relay and 25K Tag Team divide the course into legs of about 7-8 miles each. Packet pick-up is at Fleet Feet Spokane, 1315 W Summit Pkwy, Spokane, WA, on Friday 4/17/26 (3-6pm) and Saturday 4/18/26 (2-5pm). A Washington State Parks Discover Pass is required for parking. The event includes a Garland Brew Werks Beer Garden and post-race snacks. A relay team name competition awards a custom shirt to the winning team.
