ROGUE//13 : Spokane endurance event

ROGUE//13 is an endurance event presented by Phase One Missions at multiple training areas around Spokane, including Reardan Cross Country track in Seven Mile, Riverside State Park, and Mt Spokane State Park. The event uses a 4.5 mile out-and-back loop along the Quartz Mountain Lookout Trail. Participants attempt as many 4.5 mile "passes" as they can within the chosen cutoff.

Distances and formats:

  • 13 Hour Run format
  • 6 Hour Run format
  • 1 Hour Ruck format
  • 1 Hour Run format

Completion details and awards are based on pass counts. Eleven completed passes (about 49.5 miles) qualifies for a custom Phase One buckle; fewer passes receive a finisher patch. All participants receive a Phase One training tee at packet pick-up. After each pass participants mark a tally on their bib and check in with the Race Director or a volunteer; bibs are returned with patches or buckles at the closing ceremony.

A single semi-stocked aid station provides Tailwind Endurance Fuel, NeverSecond C30 energy gels, 1st Phorm protein bars and energy drinks, plus water and additional snack options. Participants are expected to bring their preferred nutrition and gear for extended use. A Discover Pass is required for entry into the state park. The organizer states there are no refunds at this time. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
