INAUGURAL - ROGUE//13

INAUGURAL - ROGUE//13 is an endurance challenge held in Spokane, WA as part of Phase One Missions. The event uses a 13 hour cutoff and invites participants to accumulate repeated out and back laps on the Quartz Mountain Lookout Trail to test holistic strength physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

The format

  • 4.5 mile out and back per pass
  • ~49.5 miles for 11 completed passes (buckle award)

Aid and fueling A fully stocked aid station at Selkirk Lodge will provide food, water, and electrolytes throughout the event. Tailwind Endurance Fuel will be available at the aid station; the product provided is described as vegan, gluten free, and non GMO.

Logistics and awards Packet pick-up is available the day before at Fleet Feet in Kendall Yards and on the day of the event at Selkirk Lodge. All participants receive a Phase One Training Tee at packet pick-up. Participants who complete fewer than 11 passes receive a patch; those who complete 11 or more passes receive a custom Phase One Buckle. A closing ceremony in the evening will distribute patches and buckles.

Additional notes Participants mark a tally on their bib after each pass; volunteers or the Race Director assist with tracking. The organizer provides on-course food and fluids but recommends bringing personal nutrition. A Discover Pass is required for entry to the state park. Required gear should be sufficient for a 13 hour event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
