2026 Dallas Spartan Event

The Spartan Dallas event takes place in the urban environment of downtown Dallas, centered at Dallas City Hall Plaza. The race course is set against a backdrop of city skyscrapers and utilizes the urban landscape to provide a distinct racing experience. The event includes a festival area located in front of City Hall for participants and spectators.

The event features the following distance:

  • Sprint 5K: A 5 km course featuring 20 obstacles.

The course consists of various technical stations, including rope climbs, carries, and walls. These obstacles are distributed throughout the city streets to test functional strength and agility. The average duration for participants completing this distance is approximately 1 hour, 32 minutes, and 12 seconds.

The venue is located at 1500 Marilla Street. While parking is not available directly at City Hall Plaza during the event, multiple surface parking lots are located within walking distance of the venue. Participants and spectators can also access the site via various public transportation options serving the downtown area. Spectator tickets are available for those who wish to view the technical challenges from the sidelines.

Finisher rewards are provided to those who complete the course. The event also offers a program for volunteers and specialized discounts for military members, first responders, and government employees through verified identification.
