The Inflatable 5K in Southampton on Saturday 11th July 2026 is an organised fun run that uses a course made from large inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels. The course is a 2.5 km lap; participants can choose how many laps to complete to match available distances. Each lap repeats the same inflatable obstacles and includes music zones and an on-course hydration station.

- 5k, 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k, 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k, 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Participants receive a finisher's medal, event photography, a finish-line goodie bag, and access to a free spectator area. Medical care is provided on site. Children aged 5 to 15 may take part only when accompanied by a paying participating adult, with a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Dogs are not permitted at the event.
