The Inflatable 5K in Southampton on 11 July 2026 is an inflatable obstacle-course fun run with multiple distance options and family-focused facilities. The course is made up of repeat 2.5k laps featuring giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels. The 5k layout includes 30 obstacles after three new additions; lap and obstacle counts are:
- 2.5k - 15 obstacles, 1 lap
- 5k - 30 obstacles, 2 laps
- 10k - 60 obstacles, 4 laps
- 15k - 90 obstacles, 6 laps
Five music zones are positioned around the route. The event is not officially timed. All finishers receive a medal; event provisions include a goodie bag, on-course hydration station, medical cover, event photography and a clearly marked route. There is a free spectator area and food and drink vendors on site. Toilets are provided.
Children aged 5 to 15 may take part only when accompanied by a paying participating adult, with a maximum ratio of three children per adult; adults are defined as 16+. Dogs are not permitted. Parking is charged at £5 per car (exact change requested) and bag drop is available for £3 per bag with size and search restrictions.
