South Hams Relay : Borough Park, Totnes

The South Hams Relay is an inaugural 100-mile team relay held in South Devon, based at Borough Park in Totnes. The course is split into 16 legs, with individual legs ranging from 5 km to just under 16 km. The route includes countryside and coastal sections and is described as running on roads and trails that highlight the South Hams area.

Teams consist of 10 to 16 runners, and staggered start times are used to accommodate different team paces. Full GPX files are provided for all legs. Entries are limited, with priority given to local clubs. The minimum age to take part is 18 on the event date.

Entry for each team is £160. Every runner receives a goody bag. Awards are given for fastest all-female, fastest all-male, fastest mixed team, and for the closest estimated finish time. The event donates all profit to two local charities: the South West Coastal Path and the Can-Active Programme.

Three trail races at the Flete Estate in Mothecombe, South Devon, using private tracks, estuary footpaths and coastal path sections. Distances range from about 8.5 miles to 28.5 miles with marked courses, aid stations and compulsory kit req..

A fell running event at Meldon Reservoir featuring a five mile senior race climbing 1,362 ft to High Willhays and return, plus junior races over 2 km and 4 km. The course requires self navigation and includes compulsory checkpoints.

Langstone Fell Race runs from Peter Tavy across Coombe Tor, Cox Tor and the Langstone over roughly 10 km, with 2k and 5k options and junior races; parking, toilets and post-race refreshments are provided.

A guided trail run of about 10 miles through woodland tracks, river valley paths and minor lanes around the Tamar Valley, starting at the Tamar Trails carpark. Steady guided pace; trail shoes, waterproof and snacks recommended.
