Plymouth Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held in Central Park, Plymouth. The course uses a mixture of surfaces: the start is on hardstanding, much of the route is on grass which can be thick underfoot, and there are sections of fine gravel pathway; the finish is on grass. Participants move through a series of climb, crawl and slide obstacles with marshals on hand to assist and the option to skip obstacles if needed.

Age restrictions and event format are specified: participants must be 13 years of age or older. Start times are organised in staggered waves every 15 minutes; groups should register for the same wave time. The listed minimum fundraising target is £50. Entry prices shown are Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00.

Facilities on site include toilets and refreshments. Parking is available at Milehouse Park & Ride approximately 150 m from the start; Blue Badge parking with a clock displayed is available nearby. Electric vehicle charging points at Milehouse Park & Ride use the Pod Point network. The event site is not suitable for pushchairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Dogs are not permitted and there is no bag drop or showers.

Meeting and finish points are close to the Central Park entrance opposite the Plymouth Life Centre and on the grass event site adjacent to the football field hedgeline. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support and a Race for Life medal on completion.
