Plymouth Pretty Muddy 5k : Central Park, Plymouth

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course at Central Park, Plymouth (PL2 3DQ) on Sunday 19 July 2026. Participants climb, crawl and slide around a course that mixes hardstanding, fine gravel paths and largely grassy sections; the start is on hardstanding and the finish is on grass. Waves are staggered every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course. Participants must be at least 13 years old.

Entry fees listed for the event are £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 applies. Race for Life materials provided to participants include a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans, community support and a Race for Life medal on completion.

On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs; dogs, bag drop and showers are listed as not available.
