The Soul n Body Thanksgiving Trail Run takes place on Thursday, November 26, 2026, in Wolcott, Connecticut. Participants can register for run or walk events in two separate waves. The event also includes a post-race yoga session available at no extra cost to race participants. Pre-race stretching is offered at the starting line.

All registered participants receive finisher medals, swag bags, and giveaways. Free water and light snacks are provided by volunteers. The first 100 people to sign up receive a free t-shirt.
