The event is a 5K race. It follows an out-and-back course on the Panhandle Trail, which is a crushed limestone rail-trail. The course is described as flat. The event takes place on a public trail shared with non-participants, so runners are asked to keep to the right and share the path.

Event Information

The event is based at Helicon Brewing at 102 Union Ave in Oakdale. Free parking is available in the brewery's paved lot and on adjacent grassy areas. Registration and packet pickup occur on the morning of the event. Aid stations are available on the course: one at the start/finish area offering water and food, and a water-only station at the Scotch Hill Road crossing. Restrooms inside the Helicon Brewing building are available for participants.

Registration & Amenities

Registration fees are $30 before a specified date and $40 after. Early registrants receive a t-shirt and a goodies bag, while late registrants are not guaranteed these items.

Participant Guidelines
