Aid and support on course include a water stop at 4.5 miles, two maple syrup shot stations at about 6.75 and 12 miles that also provide water, and a fully stocked aid station at 7.5 miles with water, electrolyte drinks including Skratch and Gatorade, pop, and sweet and salty snacks. First aid supplies are available at the aid station and at the start/finish. Port-a-johns will be at the start/finish and the aid station, and the park has permanent restroom facilities.

Event logistics and services noted by the organizer include bib pick-up at Brady's Run Lodge, on site parking in a grass field near the lodge and Shelter 7 with volunteer guidance, camping near the start the night before, and a potluck and pizza social the evening prior.

The organizer does not offer refunds, transfers, or deferments except for pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Registrations after March 23 are not guaranteed shirts.
