Smurf's Backyard Ultra

Event details

Smurf's Backyard Ultra is set in tropical Cairns, Far North Queensland, at the Smithfield Mountain Bike Park trail head on McGregor Road in Smithfield, QLD, Australia. Runners complete repeated laps of the mountain bike trails. The main format uses a fixed lap distance completed every hour; participants continue doing laps each hour until they can no longer continue. The event also includes a Saturday night gathering with food, drinks, a bar, and live music.

• 6.7 km lap, on the hour every hour until participants stop
• Up to 6 x 6.7 km laps in the Backyard Mini; participants may pay the difference on the day to continue
