SISU 24 Ultra PNW is a multi-format endurance event at Camp Sheppard near Enumclaw, WA, close to Mount Rainier National Park and Crystal Mountain. The event offers three entry options: a 24-hour individual format, a 24-hour team format, and a 100-mile option. Registration includes three days and two nights of camping at Camp Sheppard with access to restrooms and showers.
Race format, trails and services
The event is self-supported from a central base camp. Six marked out-and-back trails are used, with distances that include:

- 18.9 miles
Runners check in at base camp before each outing and must stamp a quest log at the furthest point of each trail to verify completion. Each trail carries points that change based on how many participants have completed it; earlier completions earn more points. Optional side quests on trails and separate activities add extra points. Water sources are available on the trails; participants are required to carry a water purification method and an ink pad.
Awards include a custom wood round for all participants, top finishers by gender and team, a buckle for the 100-mile finishers, a SISU Spirit Award, and a Miles award for the most distance covered in 24 hours.
