SEQ Trail Series Round 2: Pomona

Round 2 of the SEQ Trail Running Series Season 14 is scheduled for 25 October 2026 in Pomona. The event base is at the Cooroy/Pomona Lions Club Hall, 2 Mountain St, Pomona QLD 4568, Australia. Prices are listed in AUD.

Two trail course options are offered:

  • Short Course: 7.3 km
  • Long Course: 13.5 km

Entry pricing details are listed separately for each course. The short course shows an online fee of $69, on event day $80 and a series price of $496.80 with a 10% series saving and a free singlet. The long course shows an online fee of $79, on event day $90 and a series price of $568.80 with a 10% series saving and a free singlet.

Event services and features include professional timing, professional race photography available for purchase, a post race charity BBQ, and a pre and post race coffee cart. Participants earn series points for both their running club and individual overall series ranking.

A Season 14 limited edition singlet is associated with the series. Every full series entry includes a singlet and pre ordered singlets are available for pick up at events. Trail runs nearby

A trail event in Mapleton on 17 October 2026 with 100 km, 50 km and 21 km courses along the Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk; mandatory safety gear, drop-bag service and prizes are provided, and the 100 km is a Western States qualifier.

A Backyard Ultra at Nine Mile Camping Grounds with a 6.7 km loop every hour; runners must finish each loop within the hour to continue. Onsite camping and glamping are available and day passes for crew cost $5.

Round 7 of the SEQ Trail Running Series at Ewen Maddock Dam offers two trail distances, professional timing and photos, a post-race charity BBQ and coffee, and series points for club and individual rankings.

Trail races from 15 km to 100 km across the Noosa Trail Network and five national parks with staffed checkpoints, aid stations and mandatory gear for ultra distances.
