Distances
- Minimum distance 3 km, counted as part of a lap
- Full lap approximately 7 km or 4.37 miles, subject to change
- 3 km and 5 km turn points within the lap for younger runners
- Three laps equal a half marathon, six a marathon, seven plus an ultra

The course is fully signed and follows a mix of well maintained paths, a short grass section and some trail paths. Sections can get muddy in adverse weather. Aid and drinks tables are available at the start/finish area of each lap with a range of drinks and snacks, including vegan options.
Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a medal and a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is offered. Distance achievement pins are issued for half-marathon and longer distances. Toilets and changing facilities are at the race HQ. Bag drop is available but not staffed and items are left at the participant's own risk. Headphones are allowed and runners should be considerate of other public footpath users.
There will be a two minute silence during the event to commemorate the fallen. Two minutes will be deducted from official finish times to account for this pause. Final instructions and number pick up details are provided in the week before the event; number pick up takes place at race registration on the day.
