The Blossom Trail 10K is described as a flat course that runs through Sanger’s downtown and the outskirts of town where the blossoms overflow. Races are scheduled to take place rain or shine.

Pre-race packet pick-up is offered on days before the race and the morning of the event at stated locations: Fleet Feet in Fresno, Sanger City Hall, and Sanger's Brehler Square in downtown. Participants picking up packets the day of the race are asked to allow extra time for parking, packet collection, and travel to the starting area.
