Course and logistics
The half marathon is a two-loop course, the 10K is one loop, and the 5K is an out-and-back. The half and 10K routes have trees blazed with pink and are marked with blue flags. The 5K route is marked with orange flags. The half and 10K cross several small bridges over freshwater streams. The trail is described as wide and flat with alternating covered and open sections.
Aid stations: the half marathon has two aid stations (one about 3 miles into the first loop offering water, HAMMER HEED, and HAMMER GELS; a second near the start offering water), the 10K has one aid station, and the 5K has no aid station. Participants are asked to bring a handheld bottle or hydration vest/belt; a limited number of cups may be available. The event is dog friendly; owners are responsible for their dogs and should bring poop bags.
Additional notes: each participant receives a swag bag and a free raffle ticket. Shirt sizes available: adult S, M, L, XL. Results will be posted on UltraSignup within 24 hours.
