Course and support

The course crosses several small bridges over freshwater streams. The trail is described as wide and flat, and alternates between covered and uncovered sections.
Aid stations are provided for the half marathon and 10K: one station is approximately 3 miles into the first loop offering water, HAMMER HEED, and HAMMER GELS, and a second station near the start offering water. There is no aid station for the 5K. Participants are asked to bring a handheld bottle or hydration vest; a limited number of cups will be available. The race will use a gun start and results will be posted on UltraSignup. Sponsors listed include HAMMER products, Black Rifle Coffee, and Birds of Play Nashville (shirt design). Accommodations noted include Hampton Inn and Suites Middleburg, approximately 4 miles from the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
