Runher Lake Manchester Trail Run

The Runher Lake Manchester Trail Run is a women-only sporting event located in the Lake Manchester Day Use Area in Queensland. This trail running event focuses on providing a dedicated space for female participants to explore the natural environment through various distances.

The event offers three distinct course options to accommodate different preferences:

  • 4.4 km trail run route
  • 10 km trail run route
  • 21 km trail run route

All participants receive professional timing services and navigate a course marked with environmentally-friendly materials. Registered runners have access to professional race photos for purchase following the event and are entered into random prize draws. A portion of the entry fees, specifically 1%, is donated to the 1 Million Women organization.

The race village is situated at 667 Lake Manchester Road, where bib collection takes place on the morning of the event. Participants who complete their chosen distance are eligible for a finisher's medal, subject to availability. The courses utilize the natural trail networks around Lake Manchester, with GPS data available for the 4.4 km, 10 km, and 21 km routes to assist with navigation.
