Tewinbury Trail 5K & 10K
Tewinbury Trail 5K & 10K is a trail running event held at Tewinbury, a countryside hotel and event venue north of Welwyn in Hertfordshire. The event base is the Tewinbury event field and the routes run entirely on trails around the hotel grounds and surrounding estate. The courses are undulating and use a mix of dirt, grass and woodland trails with single track forest paths and open tracks.
Navigation is fully marked and marshalled with orange signage at key turns. A water and nutrition station is located at approximately 5.3 km on the 10K route and cups are provided. Facilities at the venue include fixed toilets, onsite car parking, bag drop and pre and post race refreshments provided by the venue. The event provides chip timing with live results, medical support and on-route photos. The race is held under UKA rules with a TRA permit to be confirmed.

Entry and participation rules include a maximum of 400 runners, minimum ages of 12 for the 5K and 16 for the 10K, and dogs are not permitted.
