Tewinbury Trail 5K & 10K
The event comprises two waymarked trail races held on the grounds around Tewinbury, a countryside hotel and event venue in Hertfordshire. Routes run on estate and neighbouring countryside trails with a mix of dirt, grass and woodland paths. The terrain is undulating with short climbs and descents.

- 10K (180 m elevation)
Navigation is fully marked with orange signage and marshals at key turning points; participants do not need to carry a map or GPX. The 10K includes an aid station at approximately 5.3 km offering water, gels and jellybabies; cups are provided. The event is marshalled and chip timed with live results. Onsite services include fixed toilet facilities, car parking, bag drop, and pre and post-race refreshments provided by the venue.
Entry details note age limits and fees: the 5K has a minimum age of 12 and the 10K a minimum age of 16; entry fees listed are £18/£16 (5K) and £22/£20 (10K) for affiliated runners. Maximum field is 400 runners. The race is held under UKA rules and will operate with a TRA permit to be confirmed. GPX files and a runner's guide are available for the routes.
