The Chiltern Hills 100K is a 100 km ultra trail race scheduled for 9 May 2026, based at Chesham Guides Headquarters in Lowndes Park, Chesham, Buckinghamshire. The course is an anticlockwise loop that starts and finishes in Chesham and visits multiple Chiltern landmarks.

The Bledlow Ridge Village Hall checkpoint sits at about 75 km and the final section runs through woodland to Great Missenden before the return to Chesham.

The race is fully marked with arrows and ribbons, uses open GPS tracking and chip timing with live results. There are six checkpoints offering water, hot drinks at selected stations, electrolyte products, gels and solid food. The event is TRA licensed, listed on the UTMB World Series index and is run under UKA rules. Maximum field is 250 runners and minimum age is 20. Time allowed is 18 hours.
